Blue Ambic Automated Teat Sprayer

The Ambic Vacuum-Operated Teat Spray System comes complete with three Classic-style guns. The Classic gun features an optimal combination of molded plastic and stainless steel components, both for durability and economy. New molded body has a spark (slightly textured) finish and ergonomic shape for improved grip. The lever fits closely requiring slight but firm pressure to activate the spray. Stainless steel lance is tipped by an adjustable nozzle.

ATS Classic is very easy to install requiring only the use of an electric drill. The unit feeds from any standard chemical container and automatically regulates its own pressure. A liquid-pressure reservoir is incorporated within the unit to ensure a constant and stable supply of chemical to the spray guns. As an important safety feature, a dump valve depressurizes the complete system after milking. A secondary function of depressurizing is to ensure that any sediment build-up is back-flushed from the liquid intake filter.

Once the unit has been correctly installed, it will come into operation automatically when the vacuum pump is switched on, taking less than a minute to reach working pressure. Spraying is then instantaneous on pressing the gun trigger.

The ATS Classic is manufactured from plastic and rubber and is resistant to all recognized teat spray chemicals. It is unaffected by extremes of temperature or humidity and is completely maintenance free.

One ATS400 power source may be expanded up to 20 guns and two guns may be used at a time with no drop in pressure. Unit comes complete with three drops, all necessary connectors, coils, ties, nuts, 40' of clear flexible tubing and operating instructions. Additional spray guns may be ordered in Blue, Green or Orange with standard lance or extended lance. Twelve month limited warranty.
