All stainless steel to protect your milk quality and flavor.  Heavy duty two-gallon capacity 120-Volt KleenFlo milk pasteurizer uses the same principles of pressurized heating and vacuum-sealed cooling found in the best commercial pasteurizers. 

Thermostatic control ensures preservation of natural flavor while elimination all harmful bacteria.  The milk is heated in the inner milk container in a hot water bath to a preset temperature of approximately 158 degrees at which time a buzzer sounds. Hot water is drained off and cold water is circulated to cool the milk. The entire process from start to finish takes approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.

Pasteurizer includes inner and outer stainless steel buckets, lid, gasket, hoses and instructions.  Ship Wt. 12 LBS.

    How long is the pasteurizing process from start to cool?

    Thank you for your inquiry. The full process from start (cold milk) to cool (safe storage temperature) typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. This is an estimate, as exact times can vary based on starting milk temperature, ambient room temperature, and water pressure for cooling.     Hello. This product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. That being said, we have been selling these for several years and haven't had any customer complaints. Its overall lifespan will be affected by how often it is used. Thank you.

    Will this pasteurizer meet PMO and 3-A Standards for small scale dairy production?

    the Milky FJ15 does meet EU hygiene and food safety standards. It is not PMO- or 3-A certified.

    The 30500 Kleen Flo Pasteurizer is an American made product. I do not know where all of the elements are sourced from.
