Shipping and Assembly:  Bins ship completely UNASSEMBLED via freight truck.  Please be sure that a freight truck has access to your location. Your order will be delivered with complimentary LIFTGATE delivery service. Please make sure that the area where the delivery driver will deliver your order is open and provides plenty of clearance for the freight truck.   If you have any specific delivery instructions or a certain day of the week that you'd prefer to have your order delivered, please let us know in the "Additional Information" section when checking out.  Please be aware that because this product ships completely unassembled, you will need to completely assemble the bin and attach the legs and ladder.  Assembly goes faster with 2 people.  Click HERE to view the assembly instructions.

Please send a picture of the grain fill and the handle/valve used to open and close. I was also wondering if any of the components are made from plastic as we have an incredible population of critters.

Hello. Everything on these bins are stainless steel. The slight gate is just a flat piece of steel with a lip that slides back and forth.

Is there a spout at the bottom with a lever? How do you get the grain out of the bottom?

Yes. There is a hand-operated slide gate at the bottom of the bin. All you have to do is pull it out to start the flow of grain and then push it back in to turn off the flow. We will email you a picture of it. Thank you.

How do you hinge the lid

Thank you for your inquiry. I am sending the lid instructions to the email you provided. The lid will sit on rods that help slide it back and the lid will "hang" from those. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I live in the Northeast. Will animal feed remain unspoiled if the container is stored outside?
