• At the start of the process, the machine is tilted so that the outlet faces upwards. This allows the cream to flow downward and be pushed upwards effectively.
• At the end of the butter-making process, the machine is tilted so that the outlet faces downwards, allowing the buttermilk to drain off easily by gravity.

This not only saves time and effort, but also improves hygiene and reduces physical strain during operation. The stirring mechanism, made of durable stainless steel, is reliable and effective.
