Milky FJ30 Midi 9 Gallon Pasteurizer with Mixer

With this advanced Milky pasteurizer machine, you can not only pasteurize any type of milk but also create natural products like cheese and yogurt more easily, thanks to its built-in mixer!

This model is twice the size of the compact Milky FJ 15 pasteurizer. If the FJ 15 is too small for your needs, the FJ 30 NMIX offers a perfect upgrade. Equipped with a fully integrated mixer, it takes milk processing to the next level!

Perfect for a small-scale dairy!

A maximum capacity of 35 liters (9.2 gallons) is perfect for a microdairy.
The minimum capacity is 15 liters (3.96 gallons).
The powerful 1.5 kW heater can warm the milk up to 70°C (158˚F), with a heating time of approximately 75 minutes from 4°C (39,2˚F) to 70°C (158˚F).

The new integrated mixer ensures even heating and thorough mixing, reducing manual effort and improving product consistency.

With a simple connection, you can cool down the milk quickly by attaching the inlet hose to a tap and running cold water through the system. The integrated mixer speeds up cooling, ensuring uniform temperature distribution.
