This product ships as a Precut Kit:

• All parts arrive pre-cut, labeled, and ready for assembly
• Includes hardware and step-by-step instructions
• No cutting required
• Basic tools and some experience recommended. At least 2 people required for assembly.

Important Notes:

Shingles, paint, and drip edge are not included and must be purchased separately. To avoid delays, we recommend checking with your county or HOA for any necessary permits or restrictions.

Ships within 10 days via freight truck. You will be notified by the freight company prior to delivery. We recommend having 2 people available to help off load the shipment if needed.

Assembly Notes:

Depending on the size of the building and skill level, our kits can generally be assembled by 2 adults in 2 days time or less. 

Assembly Steps

1. Floor: Purchase an optional floor kit from us or supplies from your local home improvement store.
2. Walls: Assemble the walls with the pre-cut parts provided.
3. Roof: Install the trusses and roof sheathing.
4. Shingles: Install drip edge and roof shingles (not included in kit).
5. Trim: Install the trim included in the kit.
6. Door: Install the pre-assembled door.
7. Paint: Your building is primed and ready to paint.
