Does the gate include the D shaped frame? If so, does the D shaped frame allow for the installation of its feet below grade into concrete piers? Are the pivot points of the hinges removable or permanent. Is it possible to add a plate on the latch side to allow for the installation of a shrouded padlock hasp. I intend on using this setup for a secure entry/exit barrier
