    is there a maximum operating temperature range , we need to bring the temp of vat pasteurized milk ( 150 F ) to about 100 F to start the cheese process

    “The cooler doesn’t list a maximum operating temperature, but these units are commonly used in dairy systems where wash water reaches about 180°F. The stainless plates and nitrile gaskets are typically rated for even higher temperatures, so using it to cool 150°F pasteurized milk down to your target temperature for cheese making is well within normal operating conditions
