Return Policy

At Farm & Ranch Depot we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Farm & Ranch Depot will accept returns/exchanges with prior approval and a valid return material authorization (RMA) number. Any returns/exchanges received without an RMA number will be refused. Request for return/exchange must be made within 15 days from receipt of goods. All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RMA is issued. Failure to follow these directions will result in your item(s) being returned and no credit issued. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on our supplier requirements.  Merchandise must be returned pre-paid by the customer as FarmandRanchDepot.com will not accept any returns sent COD. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchange.

The returned item must be NEW in its original condition and box; including all parts, accessories, instructions, tags and packaging. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Please be sure to purchase insurance on your package. We do not accept returns on damaged or used merchandise and may charge you to send your merchandise back. Any and all custom orders are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!! When requesting a refund, your original payment method will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. 


Please note that some larger items, including any item that is delivered via freight truck, such as grain bins and other heavy/large items are NOT eligible for return due to logistical restrictions.


WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

We are not a manufacturer. We are a retailer and an authorized dealer for the manufacturers that we represent. Since we do not manufacture any of the items we sell, we do not offer warranties. Most of the products that we sell are warrantied by the manufacturers. All warranty claims that arise after receiving your item will be between you and the respective manufacturer of the product.  If you need help filing a warranty claim with a manufacturer, we will do our best to help you out.  Please keep in mind that each manufacturer we represent has a unique warranty policy.   If you have any questions about a certain product's warranty policy, please contact us.
