It is our mission to ensure that your Farm & Ranch Depot shopping experience is simple and enjoyable.

General Information

There are no warranties except those specified for each product. Farm & Ranch Depot has not authorized any person or company to assume, on its behalf, any liability in connection with the materials. The goods, when properly constructed, shall meet the specifications listed on website. All materials are free of defects in workmanship. If you are concerned with any application, please consult your local contractor or code official prior to purchase. Cattle guards are made to order. All sales of cattle guards, grain bins and outdoor structures are final. No refunds will be granted.

International Orders

In general, we do not ship internationally.  Only a very small percentage of the items we sell are able to be shipped internationally.  Please contact us in advance if you would like to know if a certain product can be shipped outside of the United States.  Please contact us if you have any questions about international orders, we are here to help.

Shipping and Order Processing

We ship via Freight truck, USPS, UPS, FedEx & SpeeDee Delivery (in some areas).  When Shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx or Speedee you will receive a tracking number. For MOST freight truck deliveries, you will also receive tracking data.  Please keep in mind that we cannot track a lost package for 30 days after you place an order using USPS.  

When you place an order and choose "FREIGHT" on the checkout screen, we will obtain a quote based on your shipping zip code and call you with the shipping rate. If the rate is approved by you, we will collect payment. If the rate is NOT approved by you then we will cancel your order. If you would like a shipping quote before you order a product please email [email protected].

Orders placed after 12:00 noon Eastern time Mondays through Fridays may not be processed until the following business day. This means that orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please keep these order processing timelines in mind when selecting expedited shipping methods (2-day or overnight shipping).  For example, if you select 2-day shipping on an order that was placed on a Saturday, it will not be processed until Monday and you most likely will not receive it until Wednesday or Thursday.  

After an item ships, we are not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by the carrier for any reason.

Delivery Times

In general, FedEx and UPS standard ground shipments usually take between 3 - 6 business days to be delivered after they are shipped. We will provide you with the tracking number(s) so you can track your shipment.  We also offer the option for Expedited FedEx or UPS shipping at checkout.  Expedited shipments are usually delivered in 2 - 3 business days after they are shipped. If you are having an emergency and need an item shipped via Next Day Air, please contact us and we will do the best we can to arrange this for you. As stated previously: we are NOT responsible for any shipping delays incurred by the carrier for any reason. 

Deposits

When a credit card payment is made for a deposit on an order the customer authorizes FarmandRanchDepot.com to charge the balance due for the order to the credit card if no other form of payment is received.

Defective Merchandise & Limitation of Liability

All merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Farm & Ranch Depot. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer.  Farm and Ranch Depot disclaims all liability for any loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly related to or arising from the use of its products, including damage to other products, machinery or property. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of product or loss of production. This warranty does not obligate Seller to bear any costs of removal, installation, transportation or other charges which may arise in connection with a warranty claim.

Pre-Payment Required

ALL orders must be pre-paid including back-ordered items. The only way we can assure that you receive a back-ordered item is if the item is pre-paid. Otherwise your item will be shipped to another customer that has pre-paid. If you order something and it is back-ordered and you do not wish to pre-pay we will refund your money and let you know when (if) the item is in stock and ready to ship so you can place your order again.

Out of Stock Items

On any items ordered that are not in stock or not available for shipping, Farm & Ranch Depot may cancel and refund the order.

Pricing and Availability

At Farm & Ranch Depot we are dedicated to providing you with competitive prices. Due to market changes, prices are subject to change without notice. Some products will be excluded from discounts due to manufacturer guidelines. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Due to circumstances beyond our control, all products may not be available all the time, even if they are not marked as "Out of Stock".  We will inform you right away if an item you ordered is out of stock.
