It is our mission to ensure that your Farm & Ranch Depot shopping experience is simple and enjoyable.

General Information

There are no warranties except those specified for each product. Farm & Ranch Depot has not authorized any person or company to assume, on its behalf, any liability in connection with the materials. The goods when properly constructed, shall meet the specifications listed on website. All materials are free of defects in workmanship. If you are concerned with any application, please consult your local contractor or code official prior to purchase. Cattle guards are made to order. All orders of cattle guards are final. No refunds will be granted.

International Orders

International orders can only be placed by PayPal, cash, check or wire transfer.  We are unable to process credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States (some Canadian credit cards do work if they support the address verification service).  Please call us if you have any questions about international orders, we are here to help.


We ship via USPS, UPS & SpeeDee Delivery service (in some areas).  When Shipping via USPS, you will not receive a tracking number.  Please keep in mind that we cannot track a lost package for 30 days after you place an order using USPS.  If you want a tracking number, please choose UPS. 

When you place an order that states that it does not ship for free and needs a quote, we will obtain a quote based on your shipping zip code and call you with the shipping rate. If the rate is approved by you, we will charge you the additional shipping. If the rate is NOT approved by you then we will cancel your order. If you would like a shipping quote before you order a product please use the Q&A section below the product. Please enter in the quantity you wish to order and your zip code and we will respond with a quote.


When a credit card payment is made for a deposit on an order the customer authorizes to charge the balance due for the order to the credit card if no other form of payment is received.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Farm & Ranch Depot we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Farm & Ranch Depot will accept returns/exchanges with prior approval and a valid return authorization (RA) number. Any returns/exchanges received without an RA number will be refused. Request for return/exchange must be made within 20 days from receipt of goods. All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RA is issued. Failure to follow these directions will result in your item(s) being returned and no credits issued. Returns made without exchanges shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns made with an exchange will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as will not accept any returns sent COD. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

The returned item must be NEW in its original condition and box; including all parts, accessories, instructions, tags and packaging. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Please be sure to keep insurance on your package. We do not accept returns on damaged or used merchandise and may charge you to send your merchandise back. Any and all custom orders are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!! When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling.

Defective Merchandise

All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Farm & Ranch Depot. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer.

Pre-Payment Required

ALL orders must be pre-paid including back-ordered items. The only way we can assure that you receive a back-ordered item is if the item is pre-paid. Otherwise your item will be shipped to another customer that has pre-paid. If you order something and it is back-ordered and you do not wish to pre-pay we will refund your money and let you know when (if) the item is in stock and ready to ship so you can place your order again.


Out of Stock Items

On any items ordered that are not in stock or not available for shipping, Farm & Ranch Depot may cancel and refund the order.

At Farm & Ranch Depot we are dedicated to providing you with competitive prices. Due to market changes, prices are subject to change without notice. Some products will be excluded from discounts due to manufacturer guidelines. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Due to circumstances beyond our control, all products may not be available all the time.
