Scholarship Application

Congrats to Rachael Martin from Sims, North Carolina, the Winner of the 2024 Farm and Ranch Depot Scholarship! Rachael will be attending North Carolina State University to study Agricultural Business Management.

      2025 Scholarship Program

Farm and Ranch Depot announces the 2025 Farm and Ranch Depot Scholarship Award Program. Under the Program, one (1) $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior that has been accepted to and enrolled in either a two-year or four-year college or university. This scholarship is intended for students that intend to major in agricultural, equine, or livestock related studies. There will be one scholarship awarded. 

Program Guidelines & Priorities:  

* Seeking graduating high school seniors with a record of volunteerism in the community in non-school sponsored activities and participation in extracurricular school activities. 

* Applicants must plan to attend a two (2)-year community college or four (4)-year college or university and major in coursework related to agriculture, equine, or livestock studies.

* Scholarship funds will be paid during the month of August 2025—directly to the college, not the student. The scholarship funds will be issued to the college or university upon receiving a certificate of enrollment for the fall semester, which includes the Student ID number and Financial Aid Office address.

* Applicants must have the endorsement of their Guidance Counselor on their application attesting they are qualified for this scholarship program.  

* Applications must be received by Farm and Ranch Depot no later than May 1, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.

The applications will be reviewed, and the recipient will be selected by the Farm and Ranch Depot Scholarship Committee. The scholarship will be awarded no later than May 31, 2025.
