If we purchased the 2.1 ton one of your questions mentioned living in a humid area. We live in Florida but would have this unit under a barn. Would the metal do okay if under a barn (edge of barn) .

Hello. Galvanized steel will oxidize over time in highly humid climates. The metal will do OK under the edge of a barn, but the humid air will still cause oxidization over time. In general, we recommend poly bins for high-humidity areas. These will not rust or oxidize and are much better suited for humid climates. Here is an example, but we sell many other sizes: https://farmandranchdepot.com/5-foot-diameter-poly-bins/poly-hopper-bin-1-88-ton-capacity Thank you.
